The deadline to apply for the Digital Kit Voucher for SMEs and the self-employed opened on 15 March. The Digital Kit is part of the European Next Generation Funds programme, which aims to boost the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The programme has 3,067 million in funding 3.067 million and benefits companies with between 10 and 49 employees. Depending on the segment in which the company enters, it is eligible for €2,000, €6,000 or €12,000. The sectors in which the voucher can be integrated range from customer management, business analytics and process management.
What does the Digital Kit consist of?
- Segment I: small companies with between 10 and 49 employees, with an investment of up to EUR 500 million.
- Segment II: small or micro enterprises with between 3 and 9 employees.
- Segment III: small or micro enterprises.
Requirements
- Be small companies or self-employed with fiscal domicile in Spain.
- To be considered as a small enterprise
- Be registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency for at least 6 months.
- Not being considered as a firm in difficulty
- Be up to date with tax and social security obligations.
- Not exceeding the minimum aid ceiling
- Have the Digital Maturity Level assessment or level of technology adoption in your organisation.
How and when can I apply?
To apply for this aid, companies must:
- Register and complete a diagnostic test at: www.acelerapyme.gob.es . This test assesses the degree of digitisation of the company and advises on problems and solutions.
- Once registration has been confirmed, the following application procedures must be carried out: sede.red.gob.es/convocatoria/.
- Waiting for confirmation that the company is a beneficiary of the Digital Voucher
The application period runs from 15 March to 14 September. To do so, it is necessary to present the NIF, the name of the natural person or company name of the legal entity, the tax address of the natural or legal person, telephone number and contact details.
